A new addition to the Gold Run events and programming line-up!  Join Laurie Lippert, certified Pilates Instructor and Kate Zander, GRNC Coordinator, former Summit and Collegiate skier for Pilates and Skiing.  These classes will focus on strength, balance and technique that transfer from the mat or floor to the snow. Participants must sign up for all five sessions/  No refunds for missed days.  Drop ins will be accepted if there is availability ($20). Pay in person. Each session will build upon the last, therefore all classes are advised.  Skate or Classic disciplines are welcome as well as all levels of Pilates or Skier participants.  Come learn specific ski-related Plyo-metric drills that will improve your power, purpose and performance.
