Description:
Come out and help construct oyster mats using a method developed by UCF professor Dr. Linda Walters. The mats restore Florida's rapidly disappearing oyster reefs, which in turn enables the return of other disappearing species, and it is one of the most successful programs in the U.S. for bringing sea grasses back to the nation's lagoons and river.
