Olympic Updates With 10 days of competition completed, and precisely 200 gold medals given out, China stands in front 34 Gold. The US follows with 30 Gold medals and 70 overall. Great Britain and Russia are tied in total medals with 48, although the host country has 22 Golds versus Russia's 10. Japan rests in fifth place with 29 medals.

Swimmer Ryan Lochte denied to TMZ that he’s been shagging his way through the Olympic Village during the 2012 Games. "All I really saw,” he said, “was the dining hall, the swimming pool, and basically my bed." Ryan’s mom made headlines last week when she declared her son has only had time for one-night stands. She later clarified she didn’t mean sex, only dates.
