Drunk Hotel Guests Get Lollipops

A contender for healthiest Halloween candy are lollipops, specifically Dum Dums, which have 26 calories and 0 grams of fat per pop. Their small size make them an ideal sweet treat.

UK-based budget hotel chain Premier Inn guarantees guests that they'll get a good night's sleep -- and gives them a refund if they don't. In an effort to keep said refunds to a minimum, the hotel gives their drunk guests candy. "We tried giving rowdy guests lollipops when they come into reception after a night out, to keep them quiet," CEO Andy Harrison tells The Daily Mail. On top of that, Premier Inn has noise detectors installed in halls, which work a lot like speed cameras. They go off when noise levels exceed a certain decibel and alert people to shut up.
