Sugarland Says They Aren't to Blame for State Fair The Indiananapolis Star got hold of a partial transcript of Jennifer Nettles' deposition in the Indiana State Fair lawsuit. Jennifer said she was never asked to delay the performance, and didn’t even know how severe the storm warnings were. The lawsuit claims the band and its tour manager resisted efforts to hold off on the show because Sugarland had a long drive ahead of them and if the show had to be cancelled they’d be out $300,000.
