Taylor Swift Makes the Big Move Taylor Swift is eyeing the $4.9 mansion that’s for sale right next to the home of her new boyfriend Coner Kennedy and her new friend Ethel Kennedy. She hired a house inspector to check out the beachfront property over the weekend. In addition to being close to the Kennedys, locals point out she won’t have to worry about a “mob of screaming girls...running around trying to take pictures of her.”
